After many years of working with a plumbing company in 1970, Menton Rousse established his own company, Rousse Plumbing. As his youngest son, Ted, got to an age where he was able to help his father in the plumbing business, he did so in an effort to learn the business and make extra spending money. He was very diligent in working his hours as an apprentice, which led to obtaining a Journeyman's license and finally, after many years of training and hands-on work, was successful in earning his Master Plumber’s License through the State of Louisiana.
Rousse Plumbing is a family owned and Operated Business. Ted's youngest son, Kristopher, has recently joined the plumbing company allowing Rousse Plumbing to proudly enter into a third generation business. Ted is also proud to have his nephew, Mark Rousse, a Master Plumber, and cousin, Julie Callais, office assistant, join the Rousse Plumbing Team as we begin diversifying.
Although we have been primarily a plumbing company, we now offer other services to take care of customer needs in all aspects of the business. We now install, inspect, and repair sewer systems. We have expanded into Marine Services along the coast and Gulf of Mexico. We are a fully license and insured and guarantee that all of our work meets health and safety requirements, as well as customer satisfaction.
